Project Padma
For every 25 pads sold, we donate one to a woman who needs it. Padma is not a campaign. It is built into how Fabpad works.
Padma or Pad Ma means Mother of Pads. These are the women who make Fabpad possible.
The Padmas are economically disadvantaged women who stitch, finish, and sell Fabpad products. They are an integral part of the organisation, not a supply chain footnote. We partner with like-minded NGOs to run workshops on menstrual health and encourage open conversations around menstruation through awareness and positive body education.
