It is good, hygienic, eco friendly and soothing yo the skin. However, Incorporation of one button on both ends of the folded pad can make it more sturdy and unshakable . Else the end of the pads get folded back and the panty border get's stained. Slight change if made by manufacturers can make it 5 star.

These panties are life and embarrassment savior. I have been using these since two years now.
