3. PRICING & PAYMENT

3.1 Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3.3 Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, or net banking.
3.4 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of a decline of authorisation for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding preset limits or network issues.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–10 working days depending on location.
4.2 Delivery timelines are indicative; delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or regulatory restrictions are beyond our control.
4.3 Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email/SMS.

5. RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

5.1 For hygiene reasons, period panties, cloth pads, and liners are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.
5.2 Returns are accepted only for defective or wrongly delivered items, provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
5.3 Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
