Regular absorbs 6 to 9g, suitable for light to moderate flow days. Super absorbs 9 to 12g for moderate to heavy days. Super Plus absorbs 12 to 15g for your heaviest days. Pick the right level for each day rather than wearing one size through your whole cycle.
