Fabpad Maternity Breast Pads sit inside your bra to absorb leaking breast milk and keep your clothes and skin dry. Each pad absorbs 30 to 60 ml, has soft, smooth edges and a contoured 3D shape that follows the curve of the breast.
Take a pad out of its pouch, peel off the backing and stick the adhesive side to the inside of your bra cup, with the soft side facing your skin. Change it as soon as it feels damp, usually every few hours, to keep your skin dry and comfortable.
You can use them from the first day after delivery, whenever you notice leaking. Many mothers use 4 to 6 pads a day in the early weeks, and fewer as feeding settles into a routine.
Fold the used pad inwards and put it in a dustbin. Please do not flush them.
