A few gentle habits keep every liner soft, absorbent and ready for your lighter days.
After use, rinse in cold water until the water runs clear.
Hand wash, or machine wash in a laundry bag on a gentle cold cycle. We recommend Fabpad Panty Wash, our liquid detergent made for cloth pads and period underwear.
Hang it in the sun to dry, away from heaters and the dryer. Make sure the liner is completely dry before you use or store it.
Fold the wings over, close the snap and store the liner in a clean, dry place, ready for next time.
Out and about? Fold the used liner inwards, snap it shut and keep it in a wash bag until you get home, then rinse it as soon as you can.

Fabpad Reusable Cloth Pantyliners are 220 mm washable liners for spotting, everyday discharge, the last light days of your period, or as a backup with a menstrual cup or tampon. One small set replaces a large number of disposable liners.
Place the liner in the centre of your underwear, wrap the wings around and close the snap. Change every 4 to 6 hours, or sooner if it feels damp. When you are out, fold the used liner, snap it closed and keep it in the wash bag until you get home.
Rinse in cold water until the water runs clear, then wash by hand, or in the machine on a gentle cold cycle inside the wash bag, with a mild detergent such as Fabpad Liquid Detergent. Dry in the sun or an airy spot until completely dry. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or hot water, and do not tumble dry or iron.
With proper care, each liner can be washed and reused over 100 times, making them a practical, money-saving choice for everyday use.
