They are made from 100% organic cotton, designed in Europe and shaped with grooves that make them comfortable to insert and remove. They are fragrance-free, and each pack has 16 tampons in your choice of Regular or Super absorbency.

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, and orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. Prepaid orders are shipped by air, so they reach you faster, while cash on delivery (COD) orders travel by surface. Choose the lowest absorbency that works for your flow. Regular (6 to 9 g) suits light to medium days and Super (9 to 12 g) suits heavier days. If you are new to tampons, start with Regular. Our flow guide on this page can also help.

Wash your hands, remove the wrapper and pull the string to make sure it is secure. Find a comfortable position, such as sitting on the toilet or standing with one leg raised. Place the tip of the tampon at the opening of your vagina and, using your index finger, gently push it in, angled towards your lower back, until your finger is about halfway in. Leave the string outside your body. If you can feel it, it may need to go in a little further.

It takes a little practice at first. Relax your muscles, take a deep breath and go slowly. Most users feel comfortable within one or two cycles. If you would prefer an easier start, try our applicator tampons.

Change your tampon every 4 to 6 hours, or sooner if it feels full. Please do not leave a tampon in for longer than recommended.

Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) is a rare but serious illness linked to tampon use. To lower the risk, always use the lowest absorbency that suits your flow, change your tampon every 4 to 6 hours, and never leave one in longer than recommended. If you get a sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or a sunburn-like rash while using a tampon, remove it straight away and see a doctor.

Yes. Because the tampon is worn inside, you can swim, run, do yoga or play sports with complete freedom. Just tuck the string inside your swimwear.

If you sleep for more than 6 hours, we recommend switching to period panties or a pad at night, so you do not go over the recommended wear time.

Yes. A tampon sits in the vagina, and urine comes out of a separate opening, the urethra. Just hold the string to one side while you pee. You do not need to change your tampon every time you use the toilet.

No. Virginity is not something a tampon can take away. The hymen is a thin, stretchy tissue that varies from person to person and can stretch naturally with everyday activity. Using a tampon does not change your virginity in any way.

Relax and gently pull the string at the same angle you inserted it. Wrap the used tampon in its wrapper or in paper and put it in a dustbin. Please do not flush tampons, as they can block drains and toilets.

Non-applicator tampons are inserted with your finger and use less packaging. Our applicator tampons come with a smooth tube that many first-time users find easier. Both are 100% organic cotton and give the same protection, so it is a personal choice.
