Fabpad Men’s Incontinence Briefs give you the close, supportive fit of everyday briefs, with a 5-layer absorbent zone at the front that holds 80 to 100 ml. They lie flat under fitted trousers, formal wear and sportswear, so no one needs to know.
Wear them like regular briefs and change within 8 hours, or sooner if they feel damp. For heavier leakage, add an absorbent pad inside. The supportive cut stays in place through running, cycling and gym sessions, when stress leaks often happen.
Rinse in cold water after use until the water runs clear, then wash by hand or on a gentle machine cycle with a mild detergent such as Fabpad Liquid Detergent.
How to use
Wear them like your regular underwear. No pads or liners needed.

Good to knowChoose a snug fit, like your regular underwear, so the absorbent zone stays in place.
Not for everyday leaks. Fabpad Men's Incontinence Briefs have a 5-layer absorbent zone built into the front that holds 80 to 100 ml, enough for after-dribble and the small leaks that come with coughing, sneezing, lifting or exercise. For heavier leakage, such as early recovery after surgery, you can add an absorbent pad inside for extra protection.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM. Prepaid orders go by air and reach you sooner, while COD orders are sent by surface. The briefs come in S to 4XL, for waist sizes from about 80 cm (S) to 110 cm (4XL). Measure your waist and match it to the on this page. Briefs work best with a close, supportive fit, so pick the size you normally wear and avoid sizing up. A snug fit keeps the absorbent zone exactly where it is needed.

The absorbent layers are antimicrobial and pull moisture away from your skin, which helps keep odour in check through the day. Change within 8 hours, or sooner if they feel damp, rinse them in cold water soon after use, and let them dry fully before you wear them again.
Light to moderate leaks of up to 80 to 100 ml. That covers drops after urination, leaks when you cough, sneeze, laugh, lift or work out, and the odd urgent moment when you cannot reach a toilet in time. They are not designed for complete loss of bladder control. If you leak more than this regularly, pair them with a pad and check with your doctor.
Yes. They are a discreet, washable alternative to adult diapers while you recover. In the first weeks after surgery leakage can be heavier, so follow your doctor's guidance and add a pad inside on those days. As your control improves, most men move to the briefs on their own.
No. The lightweight, close-fitting cut lies flat under fitted trousers, formal wear and sportswear, with no bulk, no crinkle sound and no visible outline. They look exactly like regular briefs, so no one needs to know.
Up to 8 hours, depending on how much you leak. Change sooner if they feel damp. For your first wear, try them at home for a few hours to see how they handle your leaks before a full day out.
Yes. The supportive brief cut stays put through running, cycling, gym sessions and yoga, which is when stress leaks often happen. You can also sleep in them, changing within 8 hours. They are not made for swimming, as the layers absorb pool water.
Pick briefs if you like a close, lighter fit that disappears under fitted trousers and formal wear. Pick our trunks if you prefer the longer leg and extra coverage of boxer briefs. Both have the same 5-layer absorbent zone and hold the same 80 to 100 ml.
The absorbent zone at the front has five layers. The top layer wicks moisture away so your skin stays dry, the middle layers soak up and hold leaks, and a leak-resistant barrier at the back of the panel protects your clothes. The rest of the brief is soft, breathable cotton spandex.
Rinse them in cold water after use until the water runs clear, then wash by hand or on a gentle machine cycle with a mild detergent such as Fabpad Liquid Detergent. Skip bleach, fabric softener and hot water. Dry them in the shade, not in a dryer, and do not iron them. Make sure the absorbent zone is completely dry before you wear them again.
With proper care, each pair lasts up to 100 washes, or 2 to 3 years. Keeping 3 to 4 pairs in rotation means you always have a fresh, dry pair. Compared with buying disposable pads or adult diapers every month, that adds up to real savings.
