The trunks come in S to 4XL, for waist sizes from about 80 cm (S) to 110 cm (4XL). Measure around your waist where you normally wear your underwear and match it to the size chart on this page. Choose a snug fit, the same as your regular trunks. A close fit keeps the absorbent zone in the right place, which is what stops leaks.

The front panel has five layers. The top layer pulls moisture away from your skin so you stay dry, the middle layers absorb and lock in leaks, and a leak-resistant barrier underneath keeps your trousers dry. On the outside they are soft, breathable cotton spandex, so they feel just like everyday trunks.

Rinse them in cold water after use until the water runs clear. Then wash them by hand or on a gentle machine cycle with a mild detergent such as Fabpad Liquid Detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or hot water. Air dry in the sun and do not tumble dry or iron. In humid weather, dry them under a fan and make sure the absorbent zone is fully dry before your next wear.

With proper care, each pair lasts up to 100 washes, or 2 to 3 years. Most men rotate 3 to 4 pairs so there is always a clean, dry pair ready. Over that time, one pair replaces a large number of disposable pads or adult diapers, which saves money and trips to the store.
